- Experience in representing parents and other extended family members in care proceedings and has dealt with a range of issues, ranging from neglect to a variety of very serious abuse cases. Louise regularly attends court to represent her clients and her cases have included the representation of vulnerable clients with a variety of difficulties and non-English speaking clients
- Acts for parents, and other family members in relation child protection meetings, pre proceedings and in private law matters including Parental Responsibility, Child Arrangements, Specific Issue and Prohibited Steps Orders.
